Our weekly "Spa Menu" features cuisine that is healthful, low
in fat, and balanced with 4, 6 or 8 ounces protein, 1/2 cup complex carbohydrates
(no "white" foods, using brown or wild rices, whole grain pastas,
and other lower carb options such as spaghetti squash and mashed cauliflowe
instead) and one cup of vegetables.
Menu changes weekly. We always offer 5 Dinner Entrees, Fresh Garden Salads,
Salad or Soup of the week, and Breakfast items such as made from scratch
bran muffins, frittatas (made with egg beaters), and high protein, delicious
pancakes.
- Meals are available for pick-up each Tuesday between the
hours of 3 PM-7 PM or Wednesday from 10 AM-7PM. The deadline to order
is Sunday evening.
- We generally do not recommend freezing these meals. As long
as your fridge maintains a temperature of 40 ° or below, they
will stay fresh for 5-6 days.
- We recommend you consume any seafood items within 2-3 days
of service.
- If you forget to order or are new to Chef for You, we prepare
extra meals every Tuesday for walk-in customers. Call ahead for availability.
