After confirming your order, you should come to a page that has a picture of a suited-man on a surf board. 2.  Select from our Gourmet/Homestyle Menu or Spa Menu

Some clients order from both menus for variety; however, when ordering from both menus, you will need to order them separately because they are prepared on different days of the week. Frozen Assets can be ordered at the same time of either menu.

When ordering from our Gourmet/Homestyle Menu, you will be given a choice on how you would like your food packaged. You can opt to have it packaged individually, in servings for 2, or servings for 3. Make sure under quantity that you put the correct number of servings to correspond with the packaging. For example, if you select packaging for 2, make sure to put a 2 in the quantity box on the right side. If you would like your food delivered, you will need to place a minimum order of $150 which is approximately 10 meals. There are no minimum order amounts for food that will be picked up from our kitchen.

The gourmet/homestyle menus have a deadline of Wednesday to order; however, if the deadline has passed and the menu is still posted then that means we are still taking orders. The gourmet/homestyle menu is limited to dinner entrées, soups, and side items. Desserts are offered upon request. Dinners are ready for pick-up between 3-6 PM each Friday.

The spa menus have a deadline for ordering every Sunday; however, if the deadline has passed and the menu is still posted then that means we are still taking orders. The spa meals are prepared every Tuesday and are ready to be picked up or delivered between the hours of 3-6 PM each Tuesday or from 10-6 Wednesday. The spa menu offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and sometimes snack options.

We also offer Frozen Assets which are meals that we have extra quantities of. Frozen Asset meals may be ordered in addition to either menu and may be picked up during regular store hours, Mon-Fri 10-6.

Both the spa and gourmet/homestyle menu are updated weekly and we welcome special requests for future menus. If you don't see what you are looking for, just e-mail Marcie and she can usually accommodate your request.

3.  Get Ready for Wonderful Food

Organize your refrigerator/freezer to allow space for your meals. Make sure that your refrigerator is set to 40 degrees or below and your freezer is set at 0 degrees. This is very important to maintain the quality of your meals, so if you aren't using thermometers now, Chef for You is happy to provide them for a nominal fee. When the food is stored at the proper temperature, it is safe to consume up to 6 days of delivery; with the exception of fresh seafood entrees, which need to be consumed within 2-3 days.

Upon delivery, you will receive a personalized menu with detailed instructions to ensure that your food will reheat perfectly. Each meal is carefully wrapped, dated, and labeled. It is recommended that the spa meals not be frozen and should be consumed within 5 days of delivery. The regular menu offers choices that can be served fresh or frozen. Typically, the client will have a seafood entrée or another meal that is best served fresh the first, second, or third day of delivery. The remainder of the meals are stored frozen so you may have them at your convenience. If your freezer maintains the recommened 0 degrees, then your meals can be stored for up to three months; however it is recommended to serve your seafood entrees within 30 days.

If you would like your food delivered but will not be home to receive it, contact Marcie directly to make arrangements. We try to offer a window of time for deliveries for your convenience, but also can be given a key to your garage or home if you will not be there to accept the delivery.

If you opt to pick up your order, it is very important to bring a cooler to transport your meals. This not only keeps them at the proper temperature but also keeps them from shifting too much in your car.

For more information regarding each menu and how they differ please visit contact Marcie at 281.313.2433.
